A fellow artist took an initiative during the COVID 19 months of 2020, ‘Artists Drawing Artists’.  It would be an online show. Participating artists would be given the image of another, challenged to submit a portrait within two weeks, and have their work posted in a virtual gallery.  Unfortunately, travel plans prohibited my engagement; instead I painted a portrait of one my fellow Bancroft area artists each day until I ran out of time. Hence, the nine portraits below. Their response was both supportive and compassionate.
